Dig In The Ribs - Brighton

During our vacation, my kids and I dined at Dig In The Ribs, and it was an incredible experience! The staff was exceptionally courteous, the food was delightful—the ribs were so tender they practically melted in our mouths. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Although they served fantastic drinks (my sister and I returned for more the next night), the place wasn't filled with a rowdy, drunken crowd. We also didn't have to wait long for a table. It’s a wonderful restaurant, and I will definitely return if I’m in the area again.

We popped in today after hearing what an amazing place this is. I can safely say we were not disappointed. We had the most amazing meal, the service was great, staff friendly and happy. We had the Jerk Chicken with red rice and black beans and a couple of other side dishes, I've never tasted flavors like it. Can't wait to return. Keep up the good work guys!

From the moment we walked in, we felt completely satisfied and happy. The restaurant has a rustic vibe that feels like an authentic BBQ joint, and the mouthwatering aroma of sticky, smoky goodness hits you as soon as you enter. The staff was friendly and fun, making us feel like regulars, and we will definitely be back! We started with a 2-for-1 cocktail special that arrived almost immediately, and we were quite impressed. After my partner took a while to choose from the extensive and enticing menu, we ordered quesadillas and shrimp. Both dishes were fantastic, with the shrimp being particularly fresh and delicious. I tried a full rack of the dirty ribs, and they were incredibly tender, practically falling off the bone. I enjoyed them so much that I even drank the leftover sauce! My partner opted for the 14 oz bone-in steak because he couldn't believe it was only £17.95. As usual, he requested it cooked blue. Most places tend to overcook steaks no matter how much he insists on a rare preparation, but Dig In The Ribs delivered it still mooing, just as he likes it. He was thrilled with it and remarked that it was one of the best steaks he’s ever eaten, and he’s had quite a few! I can honestly say that this was one of our best date nights. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the best surprise of all was the bill at the end. It was so reasonable that we had to double-check to ensure we hadn’t been charged the full price. I highly recommend Dig In The Ribs for couples and families. If you love ribs, you're in for a delicious treat!

We set out in search of some seafood and unexpectedly discovered this fantastic barbecue spot with an amazing aroma. In the end, my friend and I decided to try a Mexican dish from the menu, and we were so glad we did! I love a good steak, but ribs are my favorite, so the Tex-Mex combo I ordered was perfect. The ribs, along with all the side dishes, created a delicious meal. It had just the right amount of spice, and the portion size was very generous! The service was quick, we enjoyed the music, and the atmosphere was really fun. My girlfriend ordered the beef fajitas and mentioned they were quite large. Typically, when I've had beef in fajitas, it's been a bit tough, but she said these were incredibly tender! If you find yourself near Regency Square, definitely stop by; you won't regret it!
