The restaurant has a friendly staff, great prices, and the food is excellent. While the location is not the best, there is plenty of parking nearby.

After needing a quick car repair in Portslade, we found ourselves with an hour to spare. With our two children and dog in tow on a scorching day, we were in desperate need of breakfast and drinks. The nearest option was a small cafe that didn't look too appealing from the outside. However, with our time constraints and hunger pangs, we decided to give it a try. To our surprise, the food at this cafe exceeded our expectations and surpassed its unassuming appearance. They offered a variety of options for vegetarians, vegans, and those with gluten sensitivity, in addition to the usual bacon sandwich. The freshly prepared food was absolutely delicious, and the prices were so reasonable that I am willing to make a special trip just to try more of their dishes in the future. Even our children enjoyed their meals. If you find yourself in Portslade, near Brighton, I highly recommend giving this cafe a chance.

What a gem! We work nearby and have a tradition of trying out all the cafes in the area for Friday lunch. We rate them on a 7-point star system, and this is the first one to receive a full 7 stars. The guys had a full English breakfast, while I had poached eggs and smoked salmon on toasted muffins (perfect). It's a cafe, but it's clean and best of all, nothing is deep-fried. This cafe is the first on our list of places to revisit. Keep up the great work!
