Beelzebab - Brighton

This restaurant was my first experience with vegan comfort food years ago, and I still love it even today. I miss it so much now that I don't live in the area as frequently.

I tried the loaded fries with seitan doner and chili sauce at this restaurant. It was delicious and a good value for the price. The bar has a great atmosphere, especially if you enjoy rock music.

I had the Big Gy and the tzaziki was so delicious and garlicky it almost blew my head off Not wheelchair accessible

The entire menu is vegan. We tried the katsu curry hot dog, onion rings, and kebab with chips. Both dishes were incredibly tasty.

Based within a quirky pub (The Hope Ruin), Beelzebab serves diner style junk food. Prices are great, and the food tasted good, but was very simple. The currywurst loaded fries is literally just sliced sausage on fries with curry sauce. A bit more creativity could have improved it, but what it is is still well worth trying if you just want a good hotdog. Especially if you want it with a pint of beer!
