La Fabrique - Brie-Comte-Robert

I went to LA FABRIQUE for a business lunch. My partners and I have had a very nice time. Whether at the reception (very pro and warm), during the service (fast, precise, ahead of our needs) and ... in the plates: originality, presentation, flavors. Hard to move one over the others. Was that really perfect? I'll come back for some other business.

Very good cuisine, welcome and service at the height of the establishment, just an observation about the glass wine served that looked rather like a quarter of glass.
