There are no vegan or vegetarian restaurants for miles, so I had low expectations. they do not have a large menu to begin, so we have ordered everything that was vegan (except salat and pommes): tofu bun, Slav, brussel sprouts and shishito peppers. everything was delicious! the sprouts were the best I ever had: burned and crispy with a sweet oil sauce. her tofu bunge was an improvement over a traditional banh mi, and the Slav was simple and amazing. I would go back and order the same and not get bored.
