Favorite ice cream and great food but PLEASE bring back the cotton candy ice cream, it was one of your best flavors

We LOVE it here. The ice cream is so tasty with original homemade flavors. We like to split an ice cream flight so we can try a whole bunch of flavors. There is a nice field in the back where our toddler can run around and play. Such a gem of a spot.

Family is always happy to go here for dinner. Great place for just ice cream as well.

So I have been a loyal customer for quite some time. I put a order in through the delivery service which never came after an hour. I called in and spoke to the manager. I believe his name was Seb. He said I can just refund you the money I can’t do anything else. so I told him I would drive there to pick it up and he didn’t offer anything like come in You don’t have to wait I’ll just take care of it just lmk when you’re here. So when I got there, there was a very long line. This is after a long workday for me. I asked for the manager he was unavailable so I sat in the line. I just thought it sucked on both ends not getting my order and then driving down there and then have to sit for 15 minutes to wait for my order you guys have excellent food and ice cream But on service that was horrible makes me not wanna come anymore because I wasn’t treated like a loyal customer rather just a number!

They serve good size portions for adults and have children menu. Love their ice cream!
