I've never had a bad experience with the product or service here, although things aren't perfect. When issues have arisen, they've worked with me to resolve them. I find their products to be quite good, and the prices are reasonable. I've tried Brezeln at different places, so I don’t compare them directly—each has its own unique take on the product. Like any bread-based items, they tend to get stale if left out, whether under a warming lamp or on a table at an event, or simply overnight. I sometimes buy more than we can eat, but I’ve found that they still taste good after being heated up. People enjoyed them at various functions, which I could tell not just from comments, but also from how quickly they disappeared. I’ve been a regular customer and plan to continue, unless something significant changes.

Absolutely amazing! My birthday party and host show event were a huge success, largely thanks to the Brezeln. They were incredibly fresh and the tastiest I've ever had. Five stars just aren't enough!

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about their customers. Their kindness and understanding really stand out. The fun and tasty desserts are definitely my favorite part!

Always delicious! Friendly service. The older woman who worked the window today was my absolute favorite interaction I had in a business for a long time! She had the best vibes and asked me if she needed a granddaughter because I was totally voluntary! But that's good as always!
