One of the best Truck Stops to rest at. The employees her take pride in there job and as a trucker this place is clean. If you pay for parking you will get it.

One of the worst Pilot in the whole country,,, if you are looking to stay here in Illinois, I do not recommend this place unless there is no other option,, if you come to take a shower, it is a waste of time,, two hours to prepare a shower for customers who are waiting

Crazzzy... first time ever seen shower waiting time 5 hrs. disgusting. even massage chairs not working.

The employees here are so helpful and friendly. The grounds, however, are quite disgusting. As a truck driver, I find it difficult to walk the grounds or even walk my dog. If the outside could be condemned, this place should be.

There 's 3 employees working at this exact time , and i went to ask for a shower and the answer was we dont have a shower because there 's no one here that wants to clean them I drove for more than a week and i chose Pilot , but hey dont you guys ever stop and use their service, Is definitely the worst
