Sandals Barbados - Bridgetown

We visited Sandals Barbados in July 2022 for our honeymoon. This was also our first stay at Sandals Resort and wow! Let me just say sandals absolutely white how to do it! We had the most beautiful vacation! The resort was beautiful from the pristine beach with its soft sand and turquoise waters to the endless pools in the beautiful tropical deciduous. The food and service were both impeccable. The staff here goes beyond and beyond to make you a guest their number one priority. I lost my purse one night and they didn't stop working until they found it for me. A young girl named Desiree stayed with me all the time to support me and my panic mode LOL. Both Desiree in the guest service manager continued during my stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy. I recommend the Rekindle package in the catamaran snorkel cruise. Both were top highlights in our trip. And don't forget to go to Captain Larry below the beach and book your 360° island tour. On one day you can see every corner of the island with a guide who will teach you the rich history and culture of Barbados. Can't wait to visit again!

Exceeded our expectations! Just a few smaller disappointments. Review of Sandals Royal Barbados Pending Review Sandals is not cheap, and after a terrible trip to St. James' Club, Antigua for our wedding in 2021 (separate review about it! We decided to try Sandals. What a pleasure was to spend a week in Sandals Royal Barbados! Far exceeded our expectations! We chose a swimming room. It was beautiful. Swimming pool water was cold, but who cares! Resort is big, but so much to do. We spend our time at the main pool where the whole action was. The food was mostly good. We had a surf and turf dinner where the lobster was cooked a bit, but no disappointment. I think my only complaint was two bartenders at the main pool bar that tried to take me for a fool. I ordered a BBC and a Dirty Banana. I saw him put the ingredients for a BBC in the mixer. He poured the mixer's content into two glasses and gave it to me. I asked what the Dirty Banana was, and he pointed to a glass, and then said the other was a BBC. These are two different drinks! Does he really think I'm an idiot that two different drinks come from the same mixer at the same time??? Really?? Then he has the nerve to tell me he's the bartender and knows how to make drinks and go on my way. Others around me only saw in unbelief. Apart from this little thing, the resort is absolutely brilliant! We booked Grenada for 2023 while we were on site. Can't wait!

What an absolutely brilliant holiday : It was so good that we really wanted to stay longer! Sandals Royal Barbados was really from this world. Customer service is down the hands of what I have ever received throughout the world! Would definitely recommend and visit again in the future. A special thank you to Chef Leo at the Greenhouse Restaurant, which went up and beyond to prepare an exquisite, authentic Bajan meal for me and my wife. We were really blown away from this experience Thanks again Chef Leo, incredible service. Also, thanks to our private candle illuminated beach dinner waitress Vanessa. They were absolutely fantastic professional, attentive and courteous A true asset for the entire Sandals team. Finally, thanks to Brian at Butch's Chop House for the great service and food recommendations. A big honeymoon experience that we will appreciate forever. Thanks again.

In mid-August we had an excellent 10-year anniversary trip to Sandals Royal Barbados. Our butlers, Melissa, Nicola and Rachael, went beyond and beyond to help us to be appreciated and supervised during our weekly visit. We used some of the Island Routes tours so we could see that more of the island learn about rum and enjoyed these tours. We spent several pleasant afternoons on the rooftop pool and the South Seas pool. The Greenhouse was far and away our favorite breakfast and dinner, and the lunch salads at Heart Sol were refreshing. Butchs Steak Seafood and Chi were also delicious culinary experiences. And of course we had daily stops at Cafe de Paris for coffee and cookies. We were able to relax with a few massages and manicures/pedicures, and we appreciate the staff at Red Lane Spa, who helped to make experiences. Sandals is a great brand that offers guests a high quality service; we will continue to book with Sandals for future trips to the Caribbean! The beach was picturesque when a bit rough in the water, when we would have liked to see. The Sargassum grass was in the area, and we saw that the staff worked hard to clean it up daily.

We came here for our honeymoon and it was amazing and relaxing! We had a butler suite in a Rondoval which we would highly recommend. Having the butler gave us access to a lot of things and we never had to wait for dinners or food. They always reserved you spots at your favorite pool as well. The only thing we had issues with was the activities we booked before hand, I recommend waiting until you get there so you don't get overcharged and have to deal with it during a romantic getaway.
