Royal Fried Chicken - Bridgeport

The food here is excellent, and the portion sizes are generous. I ordered two fish meals (one with clam strips), a cheeseburger meal, a five-piece chicken tender meal, and a side of onion rings, all for just under $53. Everything tasted fresh, without any signs of being overcooked or fried in old oil. The restaurant is also clean and has its own parking lot. I'll definitely return on a day when I don't feel like cooking!

The food here is consistently good, so you know what to expect every time you visit. I really enjoyed the meat and rice plate, although it would have been even better with a spicy red sauce alongside the white sauce. The onion rings were unexpectedly delicious, and the animal style burger elevates the classic Whopper to a whole new level. Plus, I absolutely love the sweet potato pies!

The staff were wonderful, and the restaurant appeared to be very clean. The fresh chicken was delicious, although it did become a bit dry once it cooled down, which is common with fried chicken from anywhere.

Great seafood and chicken! Never had a bad experience. Friendly staff. If you want a lot of protein the more fish you get the cheaper each one is!
