Papa Johns Pizza - Bridgeport

I had a frustrating experience as my order was messed up twice. When I called to let them know, I asked if they could comp my order, but the manager said that wasn't possible. The best they could offer was to remake my order or provide a discount on my next visit.

I wouldn’t give them any stars if I could. This is the worst pizza place I’ve ever encountered. When I tried to place an order, they only accepted cash and didn’t allow payment by card. I won’t be ordering from here again. My experience with Domino's was much better!

We have been visiting this Papa John's for years, and this is the first time I've had a disappointing experience. I ordered a pizza that was brought out of the back of an SUV and it was cold. When we took it to our kitchen, we discovered the order was wrong. We tried calling the company, but they make you select option 5 to reach the manager. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes not once, but twice. In fact, I'm currently waiting on hold as I write this review. I used to work for them in my twenties, and my pizzas were never cold or served from a trunk.

Treats their employees like absolute müll, the manager their children and favor them for the delivery drive. he fired a manager with bombs.

Now, I have ordered several times from here and the last order was perfect. delivered hot and tasty the meat lovers was tasty and the hot paprika.
