I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred during our recent visit to your establishment on [9/08/2023].My wife and I had been looking forward to dining at your restaurant, as we had heard wonderful things about the food and ambiance. However, our experience was far from what we had anticipated.Upon arrival, we were greeted by a host who seemed disinterested and unwelcoming.The gentleman was more interested in the women in back.When we inquired further about the situation, we were met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. The host made it clear that they were unwilling to assist us or find a solution to the problem. This refusal of service left us feeling humiliated and disrespected.As paying customers, we believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior in an establishment that prides itself on providing exceptional service.We understand that mistakes can happen, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, the manner in which this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. We were left with no choice but to leave the premises, feeling deeply disappointed and let down by the experience.We sincerely hope that you take this incident seriously and address the issues within your establishment. First time patron. The place itself was okay. The music and staff was really good. I didn't like the food or drinks.

My friend and I came there for the food, but stayed for the good vibes. I ordered the chicken Rasta pasta (which did not taste like it at all) and I got the the oxtail empanadas that I would rate a 6 out of 10 . My friend got the jerk wings (which did not taste like jerk seasoning or sauce at all but I got to taste a bit of it and it did taste good) and my friend also got the Mac and cheese which she reports didn’t taste that good. However, the drinks were affordable and tasty, the DJ played a lot of old school jams and had the place rockin, they had these picturesque swings that are great for a photo-op, and the vibes of the place and overall service by staff was good!

Food+music was great and trust+believe I am a big critic when it comes to food..wish they had section for a more mature crowd..love it??????????????????????????????????????????????????bout ya!! love the fact security present..chef's kids ??. had mixed bowl-oxtail/curry chicken+shrimp+cabbage..shrimp a little over done just a tod bit..would visit again!
