Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Bridgeport

Tried to place a drive thru order, said we were ready to order and ordered 2 things, then the guy came on the speaker and said you can order now....... loudly told him we would go inside. Placed our order and they got it wrong... then tried to give meattitude instead of correcting it, only one person actually tried to fix it and we still got only 3 drinks instead of 5 and weremissing an order of fries. The boy from drive-thru was rude , the customer service today was very very bad!!! This used to beone of our favorite places but not after today... after today we will eat elsewhere...

Eating here is very good and the staff were very nice. the load was also very clean, which was nice. there was also not much of a wait here and they were much faster than milk queen in the rule. they would highly recommend if they were in the opposite and looking for something ice or eating.

I love milk queen! I had to celebrate a personal victory over a project where I worked a past. decided to treat myself to a vanilla cone. at the drive thru ordered, $3.52 I had a five and added 2 quarters and two pennies. she was handed over to the person in the window. I got $1.75 back.

Tasty frozen desserts to go ok. clean furnishings/bathrooms. in the middle of the bridgeport city.
