Visited 9th Feb 2024 Amazing pub, beautiful setting, My mum a d I had fish chips peas, sister had The steak and ale pie. Wow Fish was huge, cooked to perfection. The pie huge home cooked gravy yummy plenty of meat. Waitress, didn't get her name very tall lovely smile. Very pretty. Polite and came back to see if our meals are ok ...Shall visit again it was My birthday meal, did not disappoint Thank you ..

Excellent Christmas meal. Great value for 3 delicious courses. All 6 of us enjoyed the food. Fantastic service. Shout out to Izzy Ffion for their help, going over above to help me as I was on crutches on my own initially! Proud to take my colleagues to my local for the 2nd year for a Christmas meet up. I have eaten here a few times now with friends and the all food served is amazing, not only to look at but tastes I am GF and Lactose intolerant, I also dont eat any meat which for many places is tricky offering just one or two meals but not here. Here you have a wide choice of the menu and if i need a dish tweaked, the servers and the chief all go above and beyond to serve up a tasty plate of food. If you haven't tried here yet, I really recommend it. You will love it

The staff at this restaurant never disappoint. We called last minute and were able to get a table easily. Our lunch order was taken quickly by a professional team. The food was hot and tasty, the table was clean. Overall, we couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you to the entire team.

We went for lunch and waited ages for our food and when it did arrive it was over cooked.We had to ask for the sweet menu and then still waited ages.It was very disappointing.
