Bokhara Brasserie - Bridgend

Fantastic service and amazing food. Not our first visit and we Will definitely return. The atmosphere and ambiance is great. For couples and families it’s a perfect place.

We booked a table after it being recommended by a friend, and seeing all of the awards it had received. The service was friendly, but due to only having one waiter, the service was a little slow. This was a little unexpected, as not many others at the restaurant. The Popadoms chutney were delicious, as were the starters, especially the prawn purée. Unfortunately, we had an issue with one of the mains (the monkfish it had some inedible bits, however this was resolved after speaking to the waiter). The chips were lovely, and very crispy. The chicken tikka masala had nice big chunks of chicken. The overall experience was nice, however, expected more from “the best Indian in Wales”.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. Chef Nand Lal, Chef Saovesh and Alice our waitress were exceptional.

Ate here while staying in the hotel. Ordered the tandoori leg of lamb 24 hrs in advance to share between 6 for £45. Amazing value. Couldn't finish the food so took some home. Starters, main course and dessert all delicious. Friendly and attentive waiters. Would come often if I lived nearer..

Highly recommend, we changed our booing time an hour before arrival (we travelled a long way as this was a pit stop for us) the meal was delicious the team were super friendly the value for money was insane, couldn’t fault a thing!
