Food is great and the manager lady is really helpful and generally always friendly. Rob was rude on the tills and rolled his eyes when I asked him to repeat what he'd said because it was so noisy. A very busy place and can seem quite chaotic. Feels like it's only the manager lady that knows how to run the place. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

A really unpleasant experience. They were obviously busy with online orders and the server threw things and slammed things in anger in a very aggressive way, it was actually scary. He was also swearing profusely. He got our order wrong and walked out of sight with our food into the kitchen. Genuinely worried about what we might find in it. Service: Take out

I ordered 3 meal deals which included a Cappuccino. On drinking the coffee a found cheesy lumps floating in the drink which were disgusting. They obviously do not clean their machines out properly. On requesting a refund for the drink, the manager would only shout from the kitchen for the staff to give me another drink which I obviously did not want. Eventually she came out but was quite rude and insisted that I had to have another drink. I asked for water but refused a bottle of water and only could have water from their machine. I like Subway, but this was a most unpleasant experience and I will not return to this store. Contacted Subway but they have not bothered to reply to my complaint either.
