Ice Mania - Bridge of Weir

The desserts are nice, but I just ordered to eat and waited 3 hours. I would go in and not command me because it's always late and mega to boot the hole too late out of it. I could have gone in the time that it needed to remove a contract of 4 miles, in glasgow.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. It took them 2 hours to deliver my food even though I live only a 5-minute drive away. The cookie dough was raw, the crepe was like an undercooked chapati, and the ice cream tasted like boiled fat. I will never go near this place again. Save yourself the disappointment and wait for a better dessert option. It's a mystery to me how this place is still in business.

After a mishap the other night, I received a refund and must say I am very satisfied. The staff went out of their way to personally refund me £5. My sister always raves about the shakes and desserts at Eis Mania, and the staff members are always friendly. The individual who handled my situation was very professional and helpful. I made a purchase using my credit card.

We ordered nachos and pancakes, and we live 10 minutes away on foot. The order was confirmed at 7:50, but we didn't hear anything. My order arrived at 8:45, the food wasn't as fresh as expected. I didn't receive a call, so at 9 I called the restaurant. They were unapologetic and simply said the food was on the way and they were busy (it ended up arriving around 10). The pancakes were adequate but cold, and the vanilla ice cream lacked flavor. The nachos, at £4.50, were just basic tortilla chips with some cheese, and they were soggy, clearly microwaved. Overall, not a good experience. It wasn't too expensive, but also not worth the cost. The service was quite poor, and I won't be ordering from there again because it was disappointing.
