Wawa - Brick Township

This Wawa location is not up to par and needs improvement before considering a visit again.

I'm really disappointed with this place. I decided to try another location because of the attitude from one of the employees. She filled my cold brew with ice, even after I had returned it a few times because I had to pay $4 for just 8 ounces of coffee. I won't be coming back. It's nearly impossible to get decent service during the summer rush. Is it that hard to make a good cup of coffee? It's a shame because there are some dedicated workers here, but there are also some of the most unhelpful staff members I've ever encountered.

It pains me to write this review because this is my favorite Wawa location. The staff is very friendly, which is part of what I love about it. However, I've had a frustrating experience ordering salads twice now, and both times they got my order wrong. What makes it worse is that today wasn’t even busy. I'm really disappointed. I spoke with the manager, Kevin, who kindly offered me a free salad, but I only asked for a refund because I'm not confident they can get my order right. On top of that, the person making my salad was chatting the whole time. I guess I’ll have to stick to my other favorite Wawa in Eatontown. This location is great for coffee, but be cautious when ordering food—they seem to prepare it in advance rather than after you order.

One of the worst Wawa's I've ever been to. 1. Layer is okay. 2. Layer is bad and 3. Layer is a nightmare. Don't even let me know how bad the night ladder is. I try to avoid this Wawa at all costs

The employees here are very friendly and helpful. The employees always make it a pleasant experience, even if they are out of the food I wanted to get. The food is usually made well and the way it was ordered.
