105-ten Grill - BRIARCLIFF MANOR

The burger was excellent! Unfortunately, the fries were undercooked and lacked seasoning.

The Braised Short Ribs lacked flavor, the Side Brussels Sprouts were burnt, and the sweet potato fries tasted bland and watery with no seasoning.

Missing mushroom flatbread. Called 4 times no answer. Was told I could come pick up the food I ordered for delivery ask for a refund and was told that I would be helped with that then hung up on.

The pretzel was more like bread than an actual pretzel, the French fries were nearly burnt yet still soggy, and the 105 burger was just mediocre. I'm not convinced that the food justifies the price.

Everything is always so good. Crab cakes are my favorite!
