Le Carpe Diem - Briançon

Our first visit for nearly 2 years (due to pandemic) and the rebranding, new menu and food were all superb. Excellent atmosphere with very attentive and friendly staff and managed exquisitely by expert host, Herve. Would definitely recommend to all our visitors and friends as a must-not-miss restaurant experience for Briancon.

This place is apparently under new management and the result is quite convincing. Large menu efficiently served in both a large inside room and two terraces on a small pedestrian street. The offer is essentially the same as in many restaurants in the area, with a large section of traditional mountain dishes but also offers a few other options, albeit still in the classical register. Good products, large portions and reasonable prices. A good address.

From crossing to Briançon, we discovered this restaurant thanks to our host. We had a great time in a beautiful setting. The dishes were really DELICIEUX. You will enjoy yourself for sure!!! Thanks to the staff and the boss for their welcome.
