Whataburger - Brewton

The location's service has steadily declined. Orders are often wrong, condimates and napkins usually missing, and wait times are pretty long.

If you've been to this location, you know exactly what I'm going to say. The food is incredible. I'd eat just about anything on the menu. The spicy ketchup is genius. The Honey Butter chicken biscuit rivals the Chick-fil-a chicken biscuit. The burgers are all great. The chicken tenders with gravy are an excellent choice. But the train goes off the tracks with the customer experience. If you call ahead or order inside, it's slightly better, but for whatever reason there is ALWAYS a long wait. And if you order in the drive through, you might as well call home and let them know you're gonna be there a while. I'd cut them slack if it was a once-in-a-while thing, but I've never been through the drive-through without a poor experience. They are lucky they are one of the better fast food choices in Brewton.

Worst whataburger I’ve ever been to. They do nothing but forget items in your order. How hard is it to make sure everything is in the bag?? Must be pretty damn hard it seems!! Better off taking the time and going to century, at least I know they will get it right.

Just ordered online. Food wasn't prepared until I arrived. Got home and the burger wasn't a burger, just bun, lettuce, and onion. This location is horrible.
