Zegarelli's Restaurant Bar Pizza Catering

Food is delicious! Price good, portions are good, food ready in a timely manner... Many options to choose from and they all taste great! I've ordered small orders and large orders for parties. However, the older lady at the counter in the order out pizza area is rude and could use customer service lessons.

I 've ordered some subs from here before for my bday and they were delish , so thought i give them a try for dinner tonight , i ordered the cheese pizza and calamari and omg , it seems that a lb. of salt was added while preparing it . We called to voice our concerns and the girl stated no one else has complained about it and didn 't offer any resolution , great costumer service ! Not

Bar looks like fun but very loud not a place to eat. They have another section of tables on the other side, which is a perfect place to dine a little more quiet. Outside on the side of the building is beautiful tiki torches leading your way to the entrance. Nice outside tables unfortunately it's January 30. It's a little chilly out. Plenty of parking and the food was excellent. Unfortunately the waitress forgot about us. She said it's about a 10 minute wait so we went to the bar to have a drink in about 20 minutes later I said I think she forgot about us and guess what she did. When we went back to the other side, there was three available tables, all set, clean and ready. so just keep checking if you're sitting at the bar. Otherwise, you'll definitely enjoy the food in this place.

The food here was really good and fast. The lady was very nice and helpful. And prices are very reasonable in my opinion.

One bartender prefers not to serve respectable customers based on local drunks who frequent the establishment from the time they open the bar until they close per their request not based on NY Law but due to personal bias. Unfortunately the owner Angelo is a good person and does his best to serve the customer, he should review his employees who dont represent his business properly, specially in times where local business need the business.
