Kiwi Gelato - BREVARD

On hot days in downtown Brevard, this spot is a must-visit. With a wide variety of flavors to choose from and excellent air conditioning, you can indulge in a cup or dish of your favorites while sitting comfortably inside. Plus, even though it’s in the city center, parking is just half a block away.

We tried a “small” cup of pumpkin yellow apple apple apple apple cider and chocolate mint salted caramel. All 4 flavors were delicious. It was a “small” cup, but it had large cups of Gelato. A friend had the hot chocolate that was also a favorite.

Never had gelato like this! When he told me it was basil and blueberry, I had to give it a try, and it was really good! I got two flavors in my cup—one was vanilla topped with a crunchy layer and tiny nuts. My friend went for peach, and it was DELICIOUS!

As for the negative comments from others—such as someone named R. Edwards attempting to name-drop—it's clear that Richard has something special. If you're someone who appreciates good gelato and coffee, then Mr. Richard's place is for you. Don’t let any negativity deter you! Mr. Richard has a wonderful store where he takes the time to chat with customers and share experiences. He even introduced me to an interesting New Zealand treat called Marmite, which is definitely an acquired taste! He is genuinely a nice guy running a fantastic gelato shop, offering great coffee and espresso. If you have the chance, stop by and say hello to Mr. Richard—you certainly won’t regret it!

Nice little place in Main Street. Gelato is made fresh every day and very good. Coffees are excellent, we tried the Moca and it was awesome. Came back a few times while on vacations near town. Highly recommended!
