Maxime Mit Pâtisserie Hesselbacher

We ordered a table for dinner on 30.10.2022 in the maxime, did not know any boards or the restaurant. we had a long trip behind us and were looking forward to eating well. a nice dame served us on a cozy table and we read a menu with interesting dishes. whether this is French, Alsatian or German cuisine, we didn't care, it had anything and the foods were fantastically assembled. when we got our appetizers, we were really amazed at how delicious the individual ingredients were harmonized and how high-quality meat, sweet and crumbled. it was an experience! (red beds with granatapfelvinaigrette and goat balls. the main dishes were even better.(Candy, rehove the meat aromatic and well cooked, the supplements fresh and crowned with a fantastic sauce and the late zle were so good, self-made and tasted great. a more interesting wein. the dessert was then a special addition. we really enjoyed eating and the cozy hospitality and would always like to go into the maxime. we have already recommended the restaurant friends who live close to and like to visit good restaurants. we liked it in boards and in maxime. we thank all the restaurant team for this great food and the friendly service.

That was today a very fine eating with a high level...we come back.

To a private event there was a perfect menu with the appropriate weeps we could not have imagined better. all feed super fresh and perfectly matched : in addition, an excellent service, always very accommodating and still extremely personal. always a joy to be here.

Very good food, finely prepared. You're very nice. only to complain: the Amuse-Guele was not informed what is in the pots and although no one had ordered us, the glasses were only removed when the main course was served. is a bit more expensive, but still affordable. If they want to get something special, they are here.
