Really bad quality food and service.
Where to start... 2 hours waiting for a delivery that would never have happened if I hadn't recalled, software error or incompetence? No oz. A pounder who asks for the money before I give my order. All this to eat rubbery meat. Excessively expensive for this service. I strongly advise.
After 20 minutes on the phone to order 3 tacos (impossible to order on the site so vegetarian), we waited 2h10 for the delivery of our unfortunate tacos. (against the 45 min at 1h announced, already long for FAST FOOD, but as we were told that there were plenty of commands, no worries and that's even good sign). To pass the pill we were offered 1 canette and delivery costs to 2,50€... it is actually the minimum of the commercial gesture after 2h10 waiting. The deliveryman had not thought to take his TPE for payment as we had specified during the call that we would pay by card. We were finally able to go to the tasting and there the feeling is confirmed... Cold fries, steak instead of Kebab meat... After such a long wait, the least we can expect for 40€ the 3 tacos is an irreproachable quality and this is not the case! It was my first and last order there. PS: in response to that of the owner below: Your condescending seems to me moved and an apology, which was not made at any time, would seem more appropriate to me. If I chose to take some time to recount this bad experience, it was that this order was an end-to-end tasting included. And if my opinion can be useful to other consumers, that's all that matters to me. That you are improving is not my norm and that you are progressing me little because, as you have understood correctly, I will no longer recommend to you!
