Contribuiți la feedbackNice unpretentious restaurant with a romantic corner view on Piazza Duomo. The view is really my favourite aspect of the restaurant, there are only a few tables outside, and all overlook the square from the quietest corner. I much prefer this setting to what the other bars/restaurants offer, which are tons of tables in the middle of the square, making it feel a bit crowded. The food is good for its price, the service attentive and helpful (the lady manager seemed particularly attentive to the needs of our newborn baby).
STAY AWAY from this place! The owner (woman) is very arrogant and has zero idea about customer service. She is not shy to tell you what to do and teach you how to eat. We asked for some olive oil and vinegar for the bread (the things that you normally get everywhere by default) and were told that it 's not free, you know. You gotta pay . Can you imagine??? The portions are small, the prices are high and the saddest thing is that after all the bad reviews here it seems to be still the same low quality place. I can not imagine any smart business person being so careless about his/her customers!! We were so put off with owner 's attitude, that despite being hungry ordered just starters. Another sign of a low quality joint was the fact that there were no italians there; all patrons seem to be tourists. That is the only way for this place to make money I think; as no one in the right frame of mind and with high self esteem would come back there again. So, I 'm warning everyone not to waste time and money coming here. There are plenty of nice places on this piazza and I bet any of them will be better than this one.
Lovely restaurant, very friendly staff and typical Italian food all framed within the lovely view of the cathedral square. The food is home made classic Italian food. Do expect sometime food to be finished, as expected from a place that genuinely prepares things fresh and does occasionally run out. Excellent selection for vegetarians and vegans, too!

Relaxed traditional Italian kitchen from Brescia. Try the Pirlo and lean back, enjoy good food and the view on the Duomo Vecchio di Brescia!
