L'arcobaleno - Brescia

A daily changing menu with plenty of choice for veg and vegan, and with seasonal local vegetables. informal but relaxing atmosphere and a fast all-round. a popular spot for the locals. when they drive through or past brescia, they take off the carbahn and come here for lunch!

Very original local food and vegan / vegetarian great. recommended!

The menu is rich in vegan options. the idea of composing your own dish at will is very nice. the environment is cozy and pleasant furnishings.

The choice is relatiw limited, regardless of, but for a vegan it was limited to only a few dishes that were in order. the setting is the one of a kantine that is in itself not a bad thing, but perhaps it is best if they come to lunch here.

We were visiting the city with my family during Christmas time, and the Arcobaleno happened to be just one street away from us. When we got in, the atmosphere was super nice, cosy and family-like, canteen-style. The staff was kind enough to explain what was on the menu of the day, everything was made from scratch and fresh. We ordered a little bit of everything for Xmas Eve happening that day, and everything was ready within minutes for us to take away and enjoy. Most of the items were super delicious, sometimes maybe lacking some seasoning but generally well prepared and cooked. The desserts were a bit disappointing in my opinion, lacking some textures taste wise a bit bland. Overall it was a great and delicious experience! I would definitely recommend it!
