Mod Pizza - Brenwood

Staff is slow and does not acknowledge you are standing right in front of them for 10 minutes. Process seems broken. One person helping customers while 4 stand around. Poor customer experience.

My wife and I showed up here one night right as they turned off the open sign. We were originally told they were closed but the guy making the pizza said to come on in. We really appreciated it and he had a great attitude the entire time and chatted away with us while we waited for our pizzas to cook. Just off of customer service alone we'll happily return!

Pizza was good. Not sure what's happening with the salad lately. Brown and watered down lettuce. Service is always good. I wish someone would take the time to clean the outside window and glass door,

I just love their pizzas because I like the thin crust and the way I can tell them how much of each item I want. The people who are great and the atmosphere is

The pizza is alright and I like that everyone can get what they want on their own pizza for a responsible price. I also like that it's fast (when they aren't busy) but there's nothing special about it and this store is generally on the dirty side with the tables not cleaned off and stuff on the floor. I visited yesterday and they couldn't take cashe because their cash register was stolen the night before. Several stores in that shopping center were broken into and apparently the security guard (which we all pay for with higher prices at these stores) simply watched and didn't even contact the police until employees started showing up to work. So don't rely on security in this center if you are ever being mugged!
