Contribuiți la feedbackI would like to love this place that is beautiful and we had some nice server. I didn't feel that the kitchen or the waiting staff were allergies that you could get to know. we were in the resort on Monday when there was nothing near that was open, so had several meals there. the first we had to send back the food (salad the green goddess has looked sour in it! The second was great (salmon burger with a gluten-free bungalow). the third made me super sick all night. in the ground when they find her herself in the situation where they have to eat there, the only thing I felt was sushi and they just happen to have a good sushi cook.
Not eat here if I are celiac first bad experience I got the Thai bark salad and told them about my allergy. my friend who has no allergy has the crispy chickenburger. after a bit of my salad I notice that it scattered teigbisse (picked as it was from my bfs burger) through the salat! I say the waitress and she was so apologetic and brought me a salmon sushi roll. I was only returned when we were looking for sushi and I thought, as they were doing the sushi last time, and it was good that this time it was good. we ordered over the phone, told them about my allergy and please separate our orders as my bfs sushi contain items with gluten in them. we pick it up and the order is all in the same box. the hostess was once again so apologetic and said they would get them back immediately and it must have been a false communication. ok, no biggie, mistakes happen. We'll wait for 10 minutes, they'll get it out and we'll take it home. I eat a piece of my sushi and then I notice that my sushi has something about everything from my bfs sushi! They didn't take it back, they just made us sit around and wait while they took it out of the other box to put it in a new box. I called and spoke to a manager who was nice again, but seriously I never had a restaurant to take an allergy less serious. they offered to remake it and back or a gift card, but I would never trust in my life to eat there again. sucks because we were excited when we found this restaurant because they seemed like they had a lot of gluten-free options, but unfortunately the chefs don't care. the only saving gnade in all this is the personal I interacted with was very nice.
Server were knowledgeable and friendly. very helpful. no reaction, and I am a very sensitive celiac. sushi was fresh and delicious. gf soy sauce made available.
I want to love this place, the view is lovely and we had some kind servers. I did not feel that the kitchen or the wait staff were allergy knowledgeable at all. We stayed at the resort over a Monday when there wasn’t anything nearby that was open so had multiple meals there. The first one we had to send the food back (salad the green goddess has sour cream in it! . The second one was great (salmon burger with a gluten free bun . The third one made me super sick all night. Basically, if you find your self in the situation where you have to eat there the only thing I felt confident about was the sushi and they just happen to have a good sushi chef.
DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE CELIAC First bad experience I got the Thai beef salad and told them about my allergy. My boyfriend who does not have an allergy got the crispy chicken burger. After one bite of my salad I notice there are bits of batter (looked like it was off my bfs burger) scattered all through the salad!! I tell the waitress and she was so apologetic and ended up getting me a salmon sushi roll to sub. Didn’t return until we were craving sushi and I thought since they subbed the sushi last time and it was fine that it would be okay this time too. We ordered over the phone, told them about my allergy and to please separate our orders as my bfs sushi contained items with gluten in them. We pick it up and the order is all in the same box. The hostess again was so apologetic and said they would remake it right away and that there must have been a miscommunication. Okay no biggie, mistakes happen. We wait another 10 or so minutes, they bring it out and we take it home. I eat a piece of my sushi and then notice my sushi has bits all over it from my bfs sushi!!! They didn’t remake it, they just got us to sit around and wait while they took it out from the other box to put it in a new box.
