Taco bell - Brentwood

One of my FAVESDietary restrictions: I adjust ALL my food the sweet manager would know the sound of my truck greet me at the window make everything absolutely perfect LOVED mine especially but they're all usually great!!

The slowest fast food restaurant I have ever visited. The drive through took about 15 minutes. Inside, i don't know if anyone even works there. No cashiers, no cash register. You have to do it yourself. Please hire some staff.

Rudest staff ever. Speaking in Spanish about customers. Apathetic and rude. They hate their jobs. Fire them all.

My food was all correct and hot. But ordering at a Kiosk and not being able to even grab Sauce is annoying. The employees were busy, and more or less not acknowledging people at the counter, for anything but orders. Which is fine, except all the Sauce is hidden now or something. I think the whole pricess sucks. It's probably not specific to this Taco Bell.

New drive through, new updates to the menu and actually a super duper nice staff tonight! Definitely improved a lot at this location. Good job!
