Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

My order was taken by Michelle and when I tell you she delivered nothing BUT absolute top tier service. She listened to my order and made sure my order was exactly as I wanted it. Down to the last details. I needed that because this week I have been having to order out and it seems like nobody is checking quality or listening to me. She deserves some type of incentive or reward. It's hard to find good help and fast food restaurants. I hope she gets to read or hear of this praise report. Thank you so much !

Wings and fries. Very good. Fries were surprisingly good. I had Buffalo mild and barbecue. They kinda squirt the sauce over the wings, not true Buffalo style. Very hard to find that unless you are in Buffalo NY the Anchor Bar where the original recipe started. I will say they were meaty and large. I enjoyed them.

I stopped at Zaxby’s to get the chicken finger sandwich only to find out they got rid of it! I’m not one to really change up what I like and I felt terrible as I spoke to the cashier in the drive thru for not knowing and trying to figure out another option. This lady was very sweet and even helped me get what I wanted by changing up a different meal they offered. I am so impressed with her kindness. She was not at all upset that it took a little longer and had to edit the sandwich. I am grateful and will definitely be back!

This was one of the best Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. They had the nicest staff, the dining room was open, and the food was cooked perfectly. The fingerz were perfect juicy and tender. The wings were perfectly sauced and the Texas Toast was amazing. Easy 5/5. Thank you delicious zax

Friendly neighborhood Zaxby's. The girl working the window yesterday evening could use some training on listening to orders from customers or some add therapy of some sorta.
