Tea Spot - Brentwood

Sandwiches are awesome, the best once I've tried so far. Crispy, fresh and flavorful. But the service is awfully slow. Still, the wait is worth it, for sure. Their milk tea perfectly tops the sandwiches, but if your looking to grab a bite on the go not the best place. But if your there to hang out and play videogames, with snacks, shakes and boba your at the right spot.

Yasssss I love it. It tastes just like quickly and any other good, authentic tea place.

Very good tea but the boba could be cooked a little more and sweeter. other wise very good! the employees aren?t that good though

I ordered the Earl Grey Chocolate Boba Milk Tea and the Caramel Boba Milk Tea, but unfortunately both teas were steeped for too long, causing an unpleasant taste in my mouth. If they had been brewed for a shorter amount of time, they would have been perfect.

This restaurant serves excellent sandwiches and tea. Even when the fries are cold, they still taste great. It is the best boba spot in the area.
