Soy Bistro - Brentwood

What a delightful hidden gem! They serve the best teriyaki chicken, and if you enjoy kimchi, theirs is exceptional. It's truly delicious! We also highly recommend their edamame, Korean tacos, and bulgogi, among other dishes. It's definitely worth a visit!

The food was absolutely delicious, the portion sizes were reasonable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the prices weren’t listed on the menu, which I found quite strange.

This is a fantastic spot to stop for dinner while driving between Huntsville and Nashville. They offer a unique twist on Korean cuisine, and the staff are exceptional. Highly recommended!

Expecting tasty, wonderful food and they delivered! The staff was extremely welcoming and offered recommendations and explained options in depth. Definitely will be back for more!
