Pei Wei Asian Kitchen - Brentwood

Food was good but service wasn 't the best (only deducting one star for that as I know everyone is short staffed). We ordered our food to go and they didn 't start making our order until about 15 minutes later. The person who took my order handed it to me kind of sloppy and just said 'here ' without adding in utensils or an apology. We all have hard days so trying to keep that in perspective. It was a good amount of food and the temperature was good when the food came out. I also like that you can pay a little more for cauliflower or fried cauliflower rice

This was an impromptu stop on my way back from Radnor Lake State Park and I am so glad to have found this restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. I did not know what to expect when I first came in, but I was very impressed walking out. The young man at the register did a great job explaining the menu items to my friend and I. I normally never order salads at restaurants because they are so boring with just lettuce and tomatoes, but when I saw the selection here of salads I had to try one. I was so impressed by the variety of vegetables that came with it and it was delicious the last bite. They were out of the salad dressing that comes with the menu item normally, so as an apology they gave me two other sauces to try without me even asking. Their customer service was so good. Thank you for a great experience!

Update: I was not here many times and the quality is still excellent, the service is always friendly and they have now created menu items from Jet Tila! How great is that? For those of you who do not know Pei Wei is the little brother version (and more casual) to PF Changs. The menu is abbreviated, but the same quality of ingredients and the same quality of chefs are available! Eating is always super, it is not very crowded and an excellent choice for a quick bite of a seat with the family. Kid friendly, fast and convenient with the umami of a high dollar operation.

It was okay, the food was too sweet. I've eaten there and really enjoyed it. Just not impressed this time.

Good food if you like to eat rice and chicken without utensils or napkins. rub food while out of town and commanded curbside perform. It was observed that someone took my food to the pick-up hall, waiting for almost 10 minutes in the pick-up station. Ends inside and picks me up. Saw employees laugh and cut together and lean against each other. Nobody even spoke to me. They weren't busy at all. After all that came into my room without utensils, was super frustrating. Rant over.
