I waited in line for 30 minutes, and it was totally worth it! Patience is a virtue, folks! Sometimes you just have to enjoy the anticipation of delicious, fresh doughnuts. My students absolutely adored them! A big thank you to the hardworking team at the Cool Springs Krispy Kreme. I left a nice tip, and the staff member was pleasantly surprised. Remember to tip your servers, everyone!

This location truly came to the rescue when another local donut shop failed to fulfill our large, prepaid order. Krispy Kreme managed to prepare over 100 donuts on short notice, completing the order in just 20 minutes after our call. Thank you so much!

To those of you complaining about long lines and locked doors, have you considered the current economic climate? Many businesses are struggling with staffing shortages and can only serve customers through the drive-through. Perhaps you weren’t aware of the challenges many places are facing, but I encourage you to keep that in mind before leaving a negative review next time.

I ordered delivery and paid $27 for a dozen donuts. They called to inform me that they didn't have the Halloween donuts, so I made a substitution. However, they ended up canceling my order without issuing a refund, and I couldn't get through to them on the phone.

Delicious warm donuts! However, the girl at the drive-thru window could benefit from some customer service training. I can only guess that she’s from the North and hasn’t fully embraced Southern hospitality yet.
