Worse customer service! Came here on my lunch break for a afternoon snack and stood in the lobby for 2 to 5 mins without anyone greeting me. Then i finally turned to look at the worker and she rolled her eyes and made a face and said can I help you. Like I 'm the problem here. I saw a lady in the back and she looked like she was coming off a lunch break and ready to work. Instead of greeting me or even acknowledged that i was there she sticks her empty cup in the ice machine to make herself a drink!!! I walked out at this point between not being acknowledged, horrible customer serivce and attitude from the workers. There are plenty of other doughnut spots that are cheaper than 2 dollars a doughnut and better customer service. You lost a customer before i could even try it for the first time.

We drove 45 minutes because it states here on Google that you are open till 5pm!!

Duck Donuts is cute and very kid-friendly. The store has made-to-order donuts that I had never experienced before, and they are delicious works of art. The entire experience was delightful, even though the finished product took a little longer.

Their website said they were open at 5:30 am. Google said 6am. I came at 6:20am and there was a woman inside, but the doors were locked. Around 6:35 she opened the doors. Didn 't say good morning. Seemed like it was an inconvenience to her that customers were waiting outside. When the first customer let the woman know that google said they open at 6, she condescendingly replied I know we 've told them a million times and they won 't change it. When my turn came around I ordered my donuts and asked how long it would be. Well I have to make the donuts, we don 't have anything made, so it 'll take some time. Upon leaving, I let her know that their company website said they open at 5:30 and maybe that could be changed. She rudely replied with well the door says 6:30. This was my first time coming in and although the donuts tasted fine, the customer service was rude and awkward. I had hoped for a better experience.
