Contribuiți la feedbackYuck. Pretty horrible, although the 4. Patty roll was decent. The HAMACHI SASHIMI was so so mushy, not super fresh. It continues downhill from there. The SABA SASHIMI was old and smelled fishy in a bad way. The spicy Edamame was gross sautéed in oil with some semi burnt onions. It looked, smelled and tasted nasty very oily. I tried rinsing and rebooking, but the burnt onion oil was still on them and they still tasted nasty. Now lets talk Gyoza (6). Very frail, tiny dollop of meat. The dipping sauce was similar to whatever was used on the edamame oily and flavorless. it was so bad that I spit it out and threw the rest away. Finally, the soy sauce they included one of the top ingredients was MSG. To top it off, all of this cost nearly $100. Wont be eating THERE again! I am really surprised by the many good reviews, although I noticed they were all from many months/years ago. If, as one diner mentioned, this is the best sushi in Contra Costa county, I dont even k it what to say other than Dont eat sushi in CCC!

Come on down to Chelsea’s in Antioch. They are open and they are THE BOMB!
My wife has dined there several times at lunch so I thought we might try dinner. It was a busy Friday night but we found an outdoor table within 5 minutes. The table was disinfected and our drink and food order taken quite quickly. We made the mistake of allowing another couple to join our table as we received a combined bill for all four. As the orders were quite unequal, we requested they be separated. That didn't go well and I finished up paying $20 more than I should.Beer prices were reasonable but wine seemed a little pricey for a bare bones type of restaurant. The edamame was tasty but my wife's Lion (something) roll was very bland and my $16.95 roll was overpriced. Ginger and Wasabi were not initially provided and that which was delivered was not exactly generous for four people.Perhaps we just got unlucky that evening but there are better options in the area.
Great food and drinks, not overly pricey. One star knocked off for very slow service.
