Burgerfi - Brentwood

Burgers were pretty good and fries definitely rocked. What made this a bad experience was the employees. I 've never been there before so was reading the menu and the guy behind the counter gave me the aren 't you ready yet staredown. No one else behind us. Seeing his impatience, though pretty empty at 2pm, I just said I 'd have a cheeseburger. Made eye contact with another employee and smiled and he just looked away. No one said anything to us the entire visit. Maybe just the Brentwood location but, as our first experience and all I have to go by, not a place I 'd visit again. Food was good, but not good enough to take with a side of major attitude.

The service was great. The atmosphere was great and just the food. The burger wasn't hot. It was fresh but I let my burgers kind of hot found like it was lukewarm but the fries were off the chain. Just wish I had a hotter burger Parking: I wish they were somewhere a little different. It's kind of hard to park cuz you kind of park close to the building. You have to do a little walking

Burgers here are consistently good albeit pretty greasy. I'd eat here more often if it was a bit cheaper. A burger, fries, drink can set you back nearly $20. Maybe that's just inflation.I highly recommend ordering Cajun seasoning on the fries.The manager here is really friendly.

Can’t place a pick up order to save my life. Online ordering at the Brentwood location has been “temporarily unavailable” for months, and I’ve called 6 different times to no answer. I appreciate that you have vegetarian options and it would be nice to order food. . . It’s hard to imagine running a business that can’t even answer a phone.

A splurge, but probably the best burger I've ever had!
