American Heroes Smokehouse - Brentwood

I visited this restaurant in the past with a friend, and I have been hooked ever since. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the dishes and drinks are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely delicious! The Texas brisket was so tender it practically fell apart, juicy, and had just the right amount of bark. The side dishes were excellent, and the Carolina sauces were spot-on! I even took home a pound of burnt ends to snack on later. This place is definitely worth a visit!

Not worth the hassle: The food tastes great but this business cannot get their act together. Every time I order, they're out of something, oh by the way, I order dinner at 4 PM, and yet you're sold out of something every time without fail. My main gripe is with take-out. Don't tell me the order will be ready in 10-minutes only to find out you haven't packed anything before I get there after a 40-minute allowance. I honestly don't order take-out to watch you pack it. I want to pay and go...why make me wait 20 minutes every visit? Do you not understand what take-out means? Are you selling out during the time it takes for me to drive there? Learn how to take care of your customers because you've lost me from your careless practices. Oh...and why is the smoker broken often?
