San Giacomo - Brentonico

Sono andato a questo ristorante per caso, devo dire che è stata una vera sorpresa dal primo momento! la posizione è molto elegante, e il personale è davvero cordiale è disponibile. all'ingresso c'è una meravigliosa stufa in maiolica i tavoli sono molto spaziosi, abbiamo preso 2 menù di degotazione è mio figlio di spaghetti con ragù, erano tutti veramente buoni e curati, basta dire che sono portati con sopra un chiocciolo. Nella degotazione c'era un uovo cotto a bassa temperatura con tartufo servito su un nido di pasta di fillo, prima di spaghetti con porcini e tartufo, e del cervo con polenta di storo. dolce cono un latte dolce con crema di caffè d'orzo. accompagnato da un musket rosso passito! tutto veramente buono e il conto era al di sotto del previsto. Ho anche trovato una buona selezione di vini per tutti i budget! Bene, continua.

Wonderful food and service. I always visit when I return to the region trentino alto adige....I was born in prada di brentonico, just a little down the mountain from this location. it is great in summer and winter.

We went to the hotel san giacomo for the 50th anniversary of my parents. the hotel staff was great to fulfill our desires to customize our menu and allow us an aperitif before lunch on the terrace. we then had lunch in her fantastic chat room, which is beautiful and very private. the midday itself was beautiful; excellent local kitchen right house made from spaghetti with porcini mushrooms and local truffles to perfectly clocked pork chicks. the service was immaculate as each dish was served at the right time for all guests; we did not have to ask for something, the restaurant personal was really helpful and professional. needles to say we are back, a great thank you to michele and the restaurant staff!

Probably the best restaurant above the plateau of brentonico. diversified gourmet menus that keep firm roots in the traditional cuisine of trentino. an experience to try.

We stopped there 20:30, no reservation. We got a table for 3 immediately. The restaurant was nearly full of people and they had a busy time. They took their time to explain the (italian) menu and made suggestions. The meal consisted of several dishes and...was very good. They were very attentive at us and we had a really good experience.
