Pizzas are delicious but a little pricey. You can ring in your order for delivery or collection. Staff are helpful.

The pizza was great replace my order over the phone friendly guy gave me 33% off I heard something bad from this store but it's not true iam very happy I love the pizza how the make the test is so nice!

Ordered online from the Peckham store, no news after an hour. Rang and was assured it waas 10 minutes away, rang again afteer an hour and a half and the guy on the phone told me it would probably be cold by now. 2 hours after ordering it finally came stone cold as it had been on the road for almost 2hours. The manager on the phone in the store told me to refuse the pizza if it was cold when it arrived. I refused the cold pizza and then was assured 20 minutes later i would have a fresh one. An hour after the 1st pizza came I rang the store to find out they didnt bother making me a new one. They agreed to send out a new one, a whole hour later it arrived. When I took the 3rd slice of pizza I found a long black hair in the cheese. Lovely stuff... 4 hours for a pizza with hair is the standard for this store now, they also forgot the sides I ordered. Bad reviews for this place are everywhere now and I can see why. I myself ordered this pizza as a treat after a mad few weeks and wanting to relax, not worry about cooking and unwind. I ordered the pizza at 8:45, it was 12:40am by the time the food arrived and I was too fed up to call them to complain again. Theres no need for stores like this. Unhealthy fun food like this should be a treat rather than a pain in the rear and a hassle to deal with.

I entered the restaurant to order a double pepperoni pizza and ended up waiting 40 minutes for my food. The staff seemed preoccupied talking amongst themselves in Hungarian and focused on their tasks. Two other customers who arrived after me received their orders and left before I did. When my pizza was finally ready, I tried to point out that it was mine but the driver took it and left. I will not be returning to this establishment due to the extremely poor customer service.

Generally nice pizzas but v poor delivery. Waited over 90 mins for a pizza. Tried to call but they didn't pick up. Unfortunately i'd already paid.
