Contribuiți la feedbackI visited this branch after picking up my daughter from school for a treat and wish I never….the staff where rude and obnoxious and when reporting to the branch manager she was not interested and sided with her member of staff who found the hole thing amusing. Called myself and my daughter liars that made my daughter very upset. Reported this branch to customer service and weeks later no response so please think twice before visiting this branch.
Patricia, the manager, was polite, friendly, and supportive when ordering for allergies and non allergies meals. She was able to hold an honest and respectful conversation and clearly put her workers first, ensuring that they all had their lunch breaks and have all eaten before herself, just as a mother would. She was a delight to have, and the entire atmosphere was calming and just relaxing. When the food came, they MUST remember, for those with allergies, to ensure the gluten is placed on a different plate. Other than this, there were no complaints. I'm not a big fan of Nandos at all. However, this chicken was tender and was cooked beautifully, so soft. The sides were all just as good, too. This was a spare of the moment last-minute meal. The meal was good, the company was good, and the entire restaurant atmosphere was just relaxing, and that's what we needed after such a day. The workers seem very friendly not only with each other but also with one another, like a family. Haven't seen something like this in a very long time. The right managers and crew make a huge difference..

I made an order through the app Deliveroo and the restaurant will say it’s its fault but it’s not. I’m telling this because this happened more than twice. We order the food and around 40’ later when the food should be done the app says either “restaurant waiting for a driver or the driver is waiting in the restaurant”. We call the restaurant (Nando’s Kensal rise) asking for our food and the lady goes “oh we are waiting for the driver to come” which would be ok if the order had been done 20’ ago not almost 40’ ago. We also ask “do you think the food will be cold by the time it arrives?” And she goes “oh no, the food’s already done 5 ago”. SO SUDDENLY, the app changes and says the order is on its way. OH WOW. So we have been waiting for 45’ to get a driver and as soon as we call the driver is found? When he came with the food mentioned something about us being upset when calling. I mean, obviously???? But that wasn’t the point. Don’t really know what’s going on, whether the problem is the app or the restaurant but it hasn’t happened with other restaurants so that I’m writing this review. Obviously the food was ready long time ago as the mash potatoes was (as shown) like that. The sweet potatoes were soggy and the sweetcorn was almost burnt. The chicken wasn’t as hot as other times that we have ordered there (e.g. at lunch) Not saying this is those people fault but if you are giving a service to the customers at least make sure the food is hot enough and in good condition. Imagine this food is for your family. Probably and a 100% sure they were busy but that’s not a reason. so please don’t accept those orders if you are not capable of making them properly.
