I would never come back to this restaurant. The prices are too high for the average food quality. There are not many choices on the menu. The macaroni portion is small and expensive. The pasta is inexpensive. I don't understand it. Save your time. I ordered online once and many items were missing, typical of a Caribbean restaurant. I recommend going to Aunty Jenny's near Wembley triangle for authentic and good value Caribbean cuisine.

My experience at Wembley Boxpark was disappointing. I ordered the Jerk Burrito and was disappointed to find that it lacked flavor and ingredients. The amount of guacamole and salad in the burrito was minimal, while there was an excessive amount of cheese. The only redeeming factor was the plantain. Compared to previous visits to Mama J, the food was not up to par. The rice was bland and all I could taste was cheese and jerk seasoning. I was disappointed with the overall quality and flavor of the burrito. I ended up only eating half of it and taking the rest home, where I struggled to find the guacamole and tomatoes that were promised. Overall, it was not worth the £23.90 I spent. I left feeling unsatisfied with my meal and will not be returning.

I got really sick from the food and the service wasn't good either. I would recommend avoiding this place, as it seems to have some cleanliness or food preparation issues.

The worst carribean food I've ever had in my life. Not authentic at all, they definitely use packet rice, the Mac n cheese was dry and extremely small, the jerk chicken was not jerk at all and the gravy was horrible. Really had our hopes up but it was horrible and had to go somewhere else after spending money here, don't even bother testing it.

We were at the restaurant on a Friday. There were many people, but we still got our food quickly. Mama's fried chicken with coconut rice and peas was delicious! I really recommend it!
