Prices are a little high for the portion you end up getting. Service was pleasant, inside the restaurant you'll see a clean space laden with some dated decor. The food was decent but, the egg rolls were very dissapoiting. While they were well fried, they had little to no meat, and we're very thin. It's good enough to come back. Wish the prices were a tad lower.
I would say that this quite average Chinese food does not make up to burn at any wise, but certainly not terrible. this is the first Chinese restaurant we tried in the opposite, so we have no great comparison here. to the greatest part, everything was quite much that they would expect from a Chinese restaurant. no surprises when you crate. but some dinge seemed a bit off. not bad again, just... for example, the lo my tasted from some reason different. I think it was a bit more gland, maybe more oily or just another oil than typical. Meat and vegetables were good, only different with taste especially in the nudes. general tso’s and sweet acidic huh had great aromas and textures. but there was a lot of bread and very little meat. even the big pieces, they would bite in them and realize that they don't really bite in much. that was kind of disappointing. but they both had the right amount of cripple, no soggyness, so I appreciated it. the chicken roast rice was normal. many chicken and good balance of rice and mixed food. broccoli bark meat was cooked exactly; loved the broccoli. but again there was something of it. occasional, a random taste would dive with this dish, and I have no idea what it was I tasted, but it felt out of place. portion sizes were exactly what I would expect, so that is good. as for the place itself: easy to find in the fred meyer shopping area. well accessible. the service was on time. it was clean. no real complaining.
I dislike writing bad reviews. Our service was great when we were finally got it. The bbq pork was so dry and still part frozen, I was so sad but with enough sweet and sour it wasn't sticking to my tongue. We got our food and it was mostly breading. Just not great at all. We took the left overs...most of it and boxed it up only to throw it away not long after leaving as the food started to feel uncomfortable in our tummies. Over all, I miss the panda inn.
I ordered dinner online for a special party I was hosting for six people, and my card was charged for the food, a delivery fee, and an automatic tip—which I dislike but seems to be standard these days, so I just accepted it. However, twenty minutes before my guests were set to arrive, I received a call from the restaurant asking how I intended to pay, despite having already been charged. I get notifications whenever my account is charged, so I knew the payment had gone through. I informed them that it had already been paid and even sent them a screenshot as evidence. Despite this, they insisted their system showed the payment as unpaid and stated I needed to pay again. This meal was expensive, and I didn’t have the funds available to cover it a second time, which I explained to the woman, who had already seen my screenshot. Not only did they fail to deliver my order—which I placed an hour and a half before my guests arrived—but now I also didn’t have enough money to order anything else. I had no time to prepare a meal or make reservations elsewhere. The restaurant eventually refunded me two days later, but by then, the damage was done. There was no apology or explanation for the woman’s behavior; they simply issued a refund back to my account. This employee refused to listen to reason, dismissed the proof I provided, and showed no concern for how important this dinner was to me. I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for years and have never had a payment issue before. I’ve always tipped well and accepted less-than-ideal service and food quality during the pandemic, but this situation has gone beyond what I can tolerate. I will never order from here again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so. The portions are smaller, the food quality has declined, and you'll end up paying extra for delivery and mandatory tips, even if the service does not merit it. You could end up paying twice because they can’t manage their own website, be accused of lying by someone who barely speaks English, and then wait for a refund days later. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve had in my 54 years of life.
