Contribuiți la feedbackWhile traveling, we stopped at this Subway to pick up lunch to eat on the road. Somehow, I lost my credit card during the visit. When I realized it, we were in the next state. I called them early the next morning. My call was answered by Kristi ?sp) and she sweetly assured me that they had the card, it had been secured in case they heard from me and they would mail it first thing Monday morning. What a relief I just received it. Thanks you so much for efficient and kind service. By the way, we ordered the foot long tuna and it was awesome!!
Can't cut a six inch or bake bread to save there lives. Every time I eat here I get sick.
The ladies here on 4/12 were amazing! very hospitable and big talk. everything that was here today deserves to raise or acknowledge!

Horrendous customer service experience. Got charged extra for bacon on a bacon guacamole wrap at the Subway in Walmart. Called to make a complaint. Had trouble getting through. had to call back and trick their system to get through to a human at corporate. They tell me there are going all digital and I cannot file a complaint by phone. I have to type my complaint by chatting. Not everyone has time to type their complaints and many still prefer to speak with someone on the phone.
