Mama's Italian Grill - BREINIGSVILLE

I've been here twice for months. I usually order a grilled chicken cesar salad. The last time I ordered is my last time. 5 of us went here and supported the restaurant for lunch on the job, this time they gave me the wrong dressing and I called her out someone who never missed my whole lunch break after she had worked all day in 97 degrees. I never called back for help, so I had to go back to get a refund man on the phone very unprofessional and obviously does not care about customers who support his practice. he even compared his job at a pizza place with a climate system to me (a construction site in 97 degrees weather to his beautiful pizza job. when he said he was working as hard as I didn't care that I missed my lunch what her fault was. I will not return to a business of clowns, which their normal customers for granted. I still supported them even if my normal commands were too late. go to picasso instead!

One of the best PIZZA places in the lehigh valley, and their pasta dishes are also delicious! the personal is courteous and friendly, and it is a perfect small place for a date, meet or small family meal (but the meal itself will not be small with its generous portions.) try their cake 'din crust well made' for a delicious NY style tasty with all cheese and without the breaking mandate of the real nyc.?

Called to order 1 large pizza and baked mushrooms for delivery. I had to call twice to see where our order was. we got it and half an hour later and the pizza and the mushrooms were cold, not good at all. if they cannot deliver in time, they do not offer this service. we will no longer order from there.

Really disappointed. Two times.1 my mother had her retiring party and we ordered catering and they never brought the chafing courts we paid. then we had cold food. they go to yesterday. Mom gives them a second chance and chooses them for their graduation college department for their enkelin. my mother introduced the catering order 3 weeks 3 before the week and confirms it 2 days before the party with the owner. my father and I'll pick up the food and they don't have any idea of our order. now 35 guests are waiting for home without eating, mama weep naturally and it is embarrassing. we don't have a fit that they whipped up eating in 20 minutes, which was cool, and then they tell us that the price is more expensive than what we agreed. so they give us the price we agreed to, no discount the owner offers nothing and a pasta salad we receive is literally pasta and nothing else. I have worked many years in the restaurant and will spread the word safely. that is unacceptable. thanks for the waste of time and money.

Terrible, one and a half hours later the food was delivered to our hotel after being told 45 minutes on a Tuesday night. No napkins, no utensils pizza was burned and all of our food was cold. No onions on our salad which we asked for when ordering. Chicken cheese steak cold and soggy. Save your money and spend it at a place who cares about customers enough to send out hot well prepared food.
