Mcdonald's - Breckland

Food is always (always! wrong, we go through the drive through at least once a month and sadly always have to check the order. Recently (last 2 times food is cold (chips especially . Wouldn’t recommend, Dominoes is now the “once a month thing”, hot food and order never wrong. Won’t be going to Swaffham McDonalds again.

Can’t believe people complain about this McDonald’s if you compare this to Kings Lynn this is five star great service and fresh food

This is the third time in a row that my order has been wrong and I had to complain again. I waited so long that my other food got cold. The chicken was not cooked properly and when I asked for a large portion of chips, the packet was only a quarter full. The service was also very poor. It seems like they are never prepared for a rush of customers. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I just arrived home with my McDonald's meal and noticed that the two donuts I ordered are missing. This is not the first time this particular McDonald's location has forgotten items from my order.

Having visited this Macdonalds once a month for the last year, its come to the point i have to make a noise. At least 4 of those times they havent delivered the order correctly meaning another 5 mile trip to correct. Today my partner went to get an order for our family of 6 and yet again left out a full meal including drink and looked at her like an idiot. My qtr with cheese was very poorly constructed. I dont think anyone there actually cares. Surely its easier to do the job well than not. Try and nake something that resembles the pictures.
