Subway - Brea

The business hours need to be updated. I only came to this location because I wanted to pick up lunch before school drop off and they were not open at 7:30 as listed online.

They only had one guy on the food line while there was a whole line, whoever was in the back did not come to check up on the guy. We ended up waiting over 25 minutes for our food.

The sandwich tasted fine but I watched the girl handling cash and checking people out with gloves on, use those same gloves to refill the vegetables! Grabbed them out of the refrigerator tub by the handful and filled the counter top tubs....The same gloves that touched all the cash the 3 people before me..... I didn't get anything she touched but I won't be going back there... gross

I love this subway, everyone here is so friendly and nice. Especially Sharon, she’s always super super friendly and makes you feel like your a family member that came to visit! There is also a man that usually works afternoons as well. I don’t know his name but I wanna say he is always great as well. He was here at about 12:20pm December 13th, 2022.

My boyfriend and I wanted to give a shout-out to Jeffrey for always being such a kind friendly face. There were several times that we came in for a late dinner and were helped by Jeffrey. He is the nicest guy is always so pleasant and goes out of his way to be kind and inviting. Enough so that we remember him and always note how nice of a person he is. You don't see that very often anymore, and as two people who work in the retail and service industries we know how easy it is to check out and wait the shift out. Jeffrey is always amazing and we love seeing him. He deserves a raise.
