Contribuiți la feedbackI am highly impressed. Our group of 50, arrived a little early. They were so welcoming, after a Ridel on the boat, we went to the restaurant. They had taken our orders ahead of time and when we sat down, they were ready to serve us. It was a highly enjoyable experience. I will recommend to my friends
The food was not good on the Surf and Turf dinner cruise I was on and the owner was rude to my guests and expected us to sit on the below deck because she had overbooked her choice upper deck seating.
Some of us are bird nerds, and we went down to Brazoria to look for birds along the San Bernard River on an historic paddle boat–Yellow Stone. The owner and guide entertained us with local legends, "some of them are true. "After the boat ride, our lunch orders were ready when we returned to the house. I had Royal Prawns and order lobster bisque to take home, rare treats. If you are looking for something fun to do, consider an afternoon or evening at River Rendezview. They also offer lodging if you want to catch the morning songbirds.
We love this place it is very beautiful. The food is fantastic every time. We have been there four times when we leave Freeport we make sure we stop in and ate our last meal before we go home. Highly recommended everything is great.
What a great find! Here we were, birding in the Texas Gulf Coast area, and needed a lunch spot near San Bernard National Wildlife Area. Yelp offered up this place and we went for it. Great spot on the river with large dining areas inside and out. The staff is sharp, welcoming, and extremely efficient. We had a Dido Burger and a Mediterranean Salad with grilled chicken. Mike says the burger is a sublime meaty, cheesy, mushroomy delight! Great fries. My salad was great; romaine, tomatoes, some feta, garbanzos, and zippy capers with Sumac vinaigrette trust me, it is so good with delicious grilled chicken. See photos attached. I would happily return any day, for any meal. Gotta try that amazing fried shrimp when I get a few pounds lighter.
