The Christmas dish at Parken Hotel was excellent, everyone agreed that the ingredients were perfectly cooked. The dessert was also delicious. However, the Christmas buffet at the hotel was not up to the same standards. It is located just a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal. It is advisable to pre-order your meal. If you are looking for juicy crispy pork, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

This Christmas plate was very good, everything was perfect, right temperature on all ingredients. The dessert was also good. The Christmas buffet at Parken Hotel was not close to the same quality. (Visited in week 48) Buffet is buffet, but still. 5 minutes walk from the ferry terminal. Maybe wise to book in advance. For those who demand crispy crackling, without the meat being dried out, this is the place. Recommended.
